Dispatch Deadline

The Delivery Time informed at the time of completion of the purchase will only be valid from the date of payment confirmation. Only after payment confirmation will your order be dispatched. We reserve a period of 1 to 3 business days for order preparation and dispatch.

Payment Method

Our Shipping is free unless you choose another shipping option. If other options are available, our system will display the corresponding values ​​and delivery times for your location, which may vary depending on the region and supplier.

Delivery time

A portion of our products are imported and shipped directly from our manufacturers/suppliers located in the United States of America, France, China, Switzerland and Germany. Our curation is rigorous to ensure you receive an excellent quality product. After the product is posted, delivery takes an average of 5 to 14 business days.

For all purchases made with credit cards and Pix, they are normally approved immediately after completing the purchase, allowing priority shipping of your order.

Shopping Experience

Based on our experience and feedback from our customers, 85% of products are delivered within two weeks of posting. However, in certain cases, this period may extend for a few more business days, due to delays, strikes, recesses, periods of high demand at the Post Office and other situations beyond the store's control.

Consumer Protection Term

Gaia Home guarantees the delivery of your order. We are responsible for refunding the full amount paid for products that are lost or lost during the delivery process. All products are posted with insurance against loss and with free internet tracking. Therefore, delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed.

Regarding Insured Shipping, if the product is delayed and not delivered within 70 working days of posting, except in cases beyond the store's control, the amount paid will be 100% refunded.

Important Information

Please note: You may receive more than one package, as your products may come from different suppliers. Therefore, if you receive one product first and then another, don't worry, as this is completely normal.

If the order is for 2 or more products, they may be sent separately and a tracking code will be issued for each product.

Order Tracking

The products will be sent by post or another carrier. There will always be a Tracking Code that will make it possible to monitor the delivery progress. Gaia Home is committed to instructing and guiding the customer on how to track products. The tracking access code will be sent to your email as soon as it is available and you can track it in the Track Your Order section on our website or directly on the Correios website.

Care with Addressing Orders

Gaia Home will arrange for the products to be shipped to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, so that there are no obstacles in the delivery of your order, we ask that you be careful when filling in the address at which you wish to receive your order. Delivery is generally made by the Post Office, however, in some cases, such as an absent recipient, regions with delivery restrictions, among other reasons, the Post Office may leave a notice to collect the products at the branch closest to the address provided.

Absent Recipient

Please make sure there will be someone at the address to receive your products. The Post Office generally makes three attempts to deliver the products, if there is no one at the address to receive the order in any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the Post Office closest to the address, and, in this case, it will be necessary for the recipient of the package to collect it from the Post Office, within 7 calendar days.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Gaia Home is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete completion of the destination address for orders placed in the store. If an incorrect or incomplete address occurs, as per Correios regulations, no further delivery attempts will be made to that address and it is the customer's responsibility to attempt to recover the package(s) from the Correios. If the package returns to our center, you will need to pay a new shipping fee for resending.
