In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (CDC), Gaia Home a offers specific guarantees for each type of material used in our products.
Furthermore, Gaia Home offers a 3-month guarantee for all products sold in our store.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and defects that may arise during the warranty period. Parts considered out of warranty are: darkened by dirt; broken; incomplete; scratched; broken; dented; opaque or milky stones; by misuse; fitting parts; worn out from constant use; detachment or darkening of resin, accidents of any nature and contact with chemical agents that could cause damage to the materials of your products.
Identification of Defects or Faults
A product is considered defective or faulty when:
- It does not meet the technical specifications or as advertised.
- It presents flaws that compromise its intended use.
- It does not meet the expectations created by the description and advertising.
Procedure in Case of Defect or Fault
1. Notification: Upon identifying a defect or fault, the customer must notify Gaia Home immediately via email at suportegaiahome@gmail.com within a maximum of 7 days after identification, providing a detailed description of the problem and, if possible, accompanied by images or videos.
2. Analysis: Gaia Home will perform an analysis to confirm the existence of the defect or fault, which will be completed within 10 business days.
3. Solutions: Once the defect or fault has been confirmed, the customer may choose between:
- Product repair at no additional cost.
- Replacement with a new product of the same model.
- Proportional price reduction.
- Full refund of the amount paid, including return shipping costs.
Resolution Time
Gaia Home is committed to resolving any issue related to defects or faults within 30 days from the date of notification by the consumer. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the customer may opt for one of the solutions mentioned above.
